Salary Range: Competitive and Negotiable - $95,000 to $120,000 annually + Quarterly Incentive up to 15% of Salary + Full Benefits

*Position Summary:*
As the Clinic Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our outpatient ortho clinic in Lancaster, CA.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations
* Leading by example in patient care and treatment
* Managing schedules, payroll, and finances
* Marketing to local referral sources to drive business growth
* Training and developing staff to ensure clinical excellence
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
*Qualifications:*
* Graduation from an APTA-approved physical therapy curriculum
* Current State licensure for physical therapy practice
* Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
* Strong background in sports/ortho therapy
