Responsibilities:

Position Summary:
The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for effective and efficient product distribution, managing a team of professional drivers, and assisting the Delivery Manager in the day-to-day operations of the delivery department.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Supervise daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling
Ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and safety and health standards (DOT, OSHA, etc.
)
Coordinate drivers according to customer needs
Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
Develop transportation staff
Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
Associate's Degree with 3+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years of supervisory experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of related experience and 1+ years of supervisory experience
Excellent problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Demonstrated ability to anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Willing to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays, due to our 24/7 environment (MB Specific)
Must be able to pass a post-offer background and drug test
Preferred Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience working in the beverage industry
Experience working in a warehouse, transportation, purchasing, customer service, sales or similar supply chain department
