Assistant Manager

* Ensure consistent high-quality food preparation and service while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
* Maintain accurate inventory and control the cost of goods to optimize profits.
* Respond to guest complaints and take appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
* Develop Crewmembers to become Shift Leaders and develop Shift Leaders to become Assistant Managers.
* Uphold all ServSafe guidelines and ensure compliance with all state, local, and federal regulations.
*Requirements* * At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* ServSafe certification required.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
* Experience with inventory management and cost control.
* Knowledge of restaurant sanitation and safety regulations.
* Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings and weekends.
