Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Training Environment Lead III in Edwards AFB, CA Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: The Training Environment Lead III manages and coordinates the development and implementation of training environments.
They oversee the design, development, and maintenance of training environments, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and comply with industry standards.
They work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Overall, they play a critical role in ensuring that training environments are effective and successful in facilitating employee development and growth.
The Training Environment Lead III is a senior role with extensive experience in developing educational settings.
The Training Environment Lead III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.
Basic Qualifications: 9 years of related experience Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related area or a HS Degree and 13 years’ experience; Associate and 11 years of experience.
A candidate holding a relevant master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education.
A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.
Required Certifications 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
Desired Certifications 9 years of position-specific relevant experience.
Security Clearance Requirements: Current Top-Secret Clearance Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $100,800-$167,700.
There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
