Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Lead III to join our team in the Lancaster, CA area.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: The Test Lead III is a senior-level position that leads and manages the software testing efforts of a team.
They create and execute test plans, ensure the quality of software releases, and identify and report any defects or issues.
They work closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers and product managers, to ensure all software is tested thoroughly and meets the required quality standards.
They may also mentor and coach junior testers and provide guidance on best practices in software testing.
The Test Lead III is a senior role with extensive experience in applications testing.
The Test Lead III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in an IT related discipline and 9 years of position specific relevant experience OR; HS and 13 years of experience OR; Associates and 11 years of experience OR; Master’s degree and 7 years of experience OR; PHD Degree and 5 year of experience Preferred qualification: 4 years of experience in an Agile development environment Certifications: Must possess a DoD 8570.
01-m approved IAT Level 2 certification Security Clearance Requirements: This position requires a current/active U.
S.
Government Top Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer The projected compensation range for this position is $107,600-$180,100.
There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
