Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated career and customer-oriented Mission Analysis & Improvement Lead IV in Lancaster, CA.
Please note that while this position does sit in CA, the work can be done from any ManTech approved facility in the United States.
The Mission Analysis & Improvement Lead’s primary function is to conduct business process improvement and quantitative optimization analysis to help organizations in such areas as lean, Agile, and DevSecOps.
An expert at improving NSIN’s mission partner performance through implementation of new technologies, the Mission Analysis & Improvement Lead IV is a SME with expertise in leveraging new and emerging technologies and processes to drive optimal performance outcomes.
Performance shall include: Plan the implementation of proven solutions using ManTech’s Collaborative Innovation & Improvement Approach with stakeholder engagement and operational observations to identify needs, generate, evaluate, and assess solutions.
Follow an Enterprise Transformation Approach to analyze enterprise segments, design target enterprise/business architectures, and build predicative stochastic models of organizational change management.
Implement new technologies after analyzing and simulating existing and proposed operations, processes, or services using a combination of dynamic systems modeling, Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and process model capabilities.
Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement (recording these in a Process Improvement Register).
Identify solutions and validate the resulting improvements, then scale and replicate solutions across Agencies as necessary.
Adopt recommendations and measured results of enterprise-level change as well as new working methods resulting from technology implemented using the services on this TO.
Position may require 10% to 20% domestic and international travel.
Supervises and mentors subordinate project and team ManTech staff.
Required Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in STEM, Business Management, Operations Research Analysis, or related discipline is required.
A High School Diploma and 16 years of experience or an Associates and 14 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a Degree.
A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education.
A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.
Desired Education and Experience: Experience managing software development and IT service projects.
The International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC) Certified Black Belt.
The Business Process Management (BPM) Institute Business Architecture Professional (BAIP) Certificate, The Business Process Management Professional (BPMP) Certificate, or ABPM International Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), Certified Business Process Leader (CBPL) Certification.
Experience auditing to external quality standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 20000, AS9100, and CMMI development.
Experience with peer reviews and process auditing.
Experience collecting and analyzing metrics.
Security Clearance: Current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $121,800-$204,100.
There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
