Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Transition Staffing Manager II to join our team in Lancaster, CA.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Supporting the recruitment and hiring process during the Transition-In period.
Working closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and developing appropriate strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Managing a team of recruiters and ensuring that hiring processes are efficient and compliant with company policies and legal regulations.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years of position-specific relevant experience.
No clearance required Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $80,400-$134,800.
There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
