Team will reside in company provided mobile home.
Team to oversee daily park operations.
MANAGEMENT TEAM ((TWO PERSONS)) one person to work in office and the other to work as maintenance in order to manage Mobile Home Park located in Lancaster.
Both persons must live in the same onsite provided housing.
Both positions are PART time.
OFFICE: Office operations, collect and post rents, fill vacancies, interview prospective tenants, prepare paperwork for new tenants, tenant relations, Home sales as necessary, daily inspection of park issue violations for late rents, eviction process as necessary, enforce Rules and Regulations as well as other duties as required.
Must have computer experience.
MAINTENANCE: General maintenance, landscaping, basic repairs of water, plumbing, electrical, general AND mobile home repairs, daily inspection of park, enforce Rules and Regulations as well as other duties as necessary/required.
MUST HAVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE (Such as mobile homes, apartments, storage facilities.
)
Bilingual a plus.
