*Account Management / Customer Service*
Account Management / Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for all customers' questions and general inquiries.
We are seeking an individual who is well-presented and has excellent communication, math, and computer skills; someone who has a proven track record of being reliable, energetic, friendly, confident, highly organized and works well with all personality types.

This job requires excellent customer service skills, patience, office-related skills, and a talent for working under pressure.
Office maintenance consists of: * Phones – routing phone calls to the correct staff members.
Ability to calmly deal with customer orders, questions, concerns, and/or problems, respond quickly to phone messages, accurately gather information for messages to staff members.
Comfortable with making high volume outbound cold calls and taking high volume inbound calls.
* Provides excellent customer service using tools such as, but not limited to, email/chat and in person communications.
* Respect and maintain privacy of customer information; assure customer confidentiality at all times.
* Keeps management informed of customer data information; summarizing information; identifying trends.
* Recommends and implements process changes to drive efficiency * Greet Visitors warmly and make sure they feel welcome * Call persons for guest walk-ins or scheduled appointments have arrived * Ensure reception area is organized, clean and free of food, drinks etc.
* Assist other team members with projects and daily task as requested * Proficient with QBO, online sales channels and help desk related tasks.
* Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, taxes, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
* Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
* Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Control Points *(subject to change) – The goal for the Front Office Customer Satisfaction Representative is to take some of the responsibilities off the rest of the team for the following: - First POC for calls, emails and in person inquiries.
Escalates to business manager or operations manager if help is needed.
The receptionist will send calls or emails to the respective representative based on the needs if they are unable to answer or need escalation.
- Sales Channel Inquires Responds to questions on Etsy, eBay, Amazon, etc.
(Escalates to operations manager when necessary) - Taxes, clerical duties and general help can be moved to this position.
Escalates to business manager or operations manager if help is needed.
The business manager will send calls or emails to the respective representative based on the needs.
- HR related items - Employee time off / general staffing help (Escalates to business manager if help is needed) - Shipping / Receiving – Pulling quotes, returns, etc.
(Shared with operations manager) - Update sales channels (Shared with operations manager) -Takes request from operations and management for the following daily items: Warehouse staff Overseas temps Checks on custom jobs Schedules warehouse employees to clean common spaces - Invoicing / Orders: Creating and invoicing orders - Proper documentation review: Pallet sheets Orders Resale permits Etc.
