FIELD IT TECHNICIAN (Palmdale)

Seeking a novice Independent Contractor for on-call IT gigs, with the potential to assist our Senior Tech in the field when needed.
Pay Rates: Regular Gigs: $35-40 per hour + gas Assisting Senior Tech: $25 per hour + gas Key Details: Hours: Your on-site hours will vary based on the assigned workload for each gig.
Coordination: You'll work closely with our online Project Coordinator, who will provide a list of incoming gigs for the week.
Flexibility: This is an on-call job, and your availability depends on the volume of work we have.
No fixed weekly hours.
Side Gig: Ideal if you have other commitments; you can choose gigs that fit your schedule.
Requirements: - IT networking tools and preferably a ladder.
- Access to a car.
- Ability to drive within a 10-40 mile radius.
Responsibilities: You'll handle a variety of tasks, including: - Cat5e/Cat6 Network cabling setup.
- Network/Router configuration.
- LED Display Maintenance (McDonald's).
- POS maintenance.
- Telephone Setup/Configuration.
- 7/11 Store Setup.
- AV screen Setup and Installation.
- CCTV network Maintenance and Installation.
- Collaborate with our Project Coordinators via WhatsApp, providing job completion notes and photos.
