* This job is ONLY hiring out of CA and can live anywhere in the state of CA
* All freight is dry van and you will run the western US.
* Experienced drivers can have a rider and pet from day one – if you are a trainee you can have a rider and pet once you are done with training – Not allowed during training.
* Training is 4-6 weeks
* Drivers cover about 2200-2500 miles week
* Per mile pay based on experience and productivity.

65CPM with $15/Stop
* Trainees are paid $650/week
* Full benefits start after 60 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO
* Running area is US West with most of the freight being WY, MT, ID, CO, UT, NV, CA, OR and WA
*CAN NOT HIRE ANY DRIVERS WHO HAVE EVER FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG TEST REGARDLESS OF HOW LONG AGO IT WAS*
To qualify you must have a valid Class A CDL:
* From trainees to experienced drivers with their Class A CDL
* Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period due to the lack of trainers on this account.
*Requirements:*
* Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
*Accidents:*
* No DOT Preventable accidents with damage greater than $1750 in the last 2 years
* No major accident with cost of $2500 in damage or claims
* ANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an auto
* No more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 2 years (again damage less than $1750)
* Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns
* NO DUI in the last 5 years in commercial vehicle and may never have failed a DOT or refused a drug alcohol
