Class A Drivers fresh out of driving school looking to start their career are being requested to apply.
You will start going out with a trainer running OTR making deliveries in 53' Reefer Trailers.
After training you will be running the Western 7 Region.
Experienced drivers are highly desired too!

Running lanes are CA, OR, WA, ID, NV, AZ, UT.
100% No Touch Reefer freight

Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR then go on their own if less than 3 months experience.
Trainees must be willing to run OTR for the training period.
Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset although most drivers get home throughout the week depending on where they live.
Orientation in Jurupa Valley, CA or Lathrop, CA,
Trucks must be left at the terminal during home time.
The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night.
Miles a week is 1800-2200.
Pay/Benefits
Trainees are paid $650/week for 4-6 weeks of training with a mentor if under 6 months experience.

59 per mile sliding pay scale which comes out to between $1000-$1100 a week
Experienced drivers range from .

74 per mile sliding pay scale depending on years of experience.
$25 stop pay.

06 per mile monthly bonus for over 9200 miles driven, no accidents, fuel at 7 MPG.

Requirements
Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns or company policy violations.
No DUI's, felonies, misdemeanors in the last 10 years
Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training.
6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max.
Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen.
