Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team.
As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching various dance styles to students of all ages.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons to students, incorporating various dance styles such as ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
- Develop choreography for performances and recitals
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their technique and performance
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with different learning styles or abilities
- Ensure the safety of students during dance classes, rehearsals, and performances
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate schedules, events, and performances
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of dance education
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Dance Instructor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and other dance styles
- Experience working with children of various age groups, from early childhood through adolescence
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques in a classroom setting
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment for students
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
