We are looking for caring, motivated people to join our family of professionals to utilize Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies with individuals, their families and schools to improve the environments supporting people with special needs.

Position Includes:
-Providing direct service to individuals with intellectual, mental, and/or developmental disabilities in home, work, community and school settings;
-Teaching, coaching, and supporting staff, caregivers, and/or parents;
-Participation in program development;
-Monitoring support delivery and progress;
-Writing progress reports;
-Collaborating with supportive Hayden Consultant team.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with relevant experience.
- Possess CA driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation;
- Ability to pass and maintain DOJ clearance; TB screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BCBA highly preferred.
- Enrolled in BCBA- or BCaBA eligible coursework (e.
g.
trainee).
- Moderate/Severe Special Ed Teaching Credential (Education Specialist Credential - ESC).
- Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Positive Behavioral Support (PBS), and work experience collaborating with parents/stakeholders of children with special needs.
-Bachelors degree in psychology, education, or related discipline;
- Case supervision experience.
- Spanish-Speaking.
