Job Duties and Responsibilities: Car Wash Store Leader Objectives: Greets customers as they enter the location.
Ensure day to day operations are running smoothly and safely Help customers in operating the point of sale when needed.
Help customers in choosing a wash that best suits their needs.
Provide the customers with an exciting and positive experience and be able to explain how the wash performs, how it differs from other washes, and how it cleans and protects their vehicle.
Assist Store Leader with hiring and training new Team Members.
Assist with coordinating the day-to-day workflow of subordinate Team Members in the operation; supports Team by providing direction.
Assists the Store Leader with employment actions, including discipline and termination of a team member in accordance with company policy.
Monitors the store level of performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
Coordinate and assist with the Store Leader in safety meetings, team building events and other projects.
Assists customers with questions and/ or price discrepancies.
Properly uses sales membership pitch when interacting with new customers.
Enforces the proper use of sales pitch with the Team.
Explains services provided by Car Wash and sells additional services and vending items by recognizing opportunities and benefits to the customer.
Accurately and efficiently completes sales transactions and maintains proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
Maintains housekeeping and maintenance responsibilities (driveways, restrooms, and car wash) Explains car wash entry procedure to customers and follows exact car loading and "prepping" procedures, ensuring employee and/or customer safety is not jeopardized.
Performs other duties as assigned.
