*Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Manage all aspects of assigned properties, including: collecting rent from tenants, advertising and marketing vacant apartments throughout the property, ensuring property is CLEAN, SAFE, AND ORDERLY and addressing any and all tenant inquiries.
* Inspect property and arrange maintenance worker(s) to meet property standards.
* Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, by being respectful and professional at ALL TIMES.
* Accomplish financial goals and report periodically to supervisor on financial performance.
*Required Skills:*
* Proven work experience as property manager (A PLUS).
* *Must have customer service skills.
*Customer focus is very important when dealing with prospective tenants and residents.
* Cash handling experience is required.
* Well organized, and excellent time management skills.
* Comprehends property management and its financial aspects.
* In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
* Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
