The position of Clinical Program Supervisor (IFCCS) will pay $80,000-$95,000/annually.
Differentials that apply: Bilingual Spanish Speaking Differential: $5000 annually Geographic Differential: $3000 annually Intensive Program Differential: $3000 annually Additionally, the lifespan compensation range of this position is: $79,000/annually -$95,000/annually _Must have Covid-19 Vaccine and Booster.
_ *Learn more about the Job:* This position plans, develops, coordinates and supervises Intense Program staff in the oversight of the programs to ensure we are meeting the needs and interests of each client and family served by the IFCCS, FSP, MAT and/or Wraparound program.
The Clinical Program Supervisor monitors required documentation and reports, ensuring that staffs’ documentation meets desired standards.
The Program Supervisor serves as the coordinator between the program and the county and oversees the referral process.
Participates in budget development for the department and is responsible for its implementation and management.
*Job Responsibilities:* * Coordinates services with referral agencies and Intense Program staff.
* Provides monthly oversight of each client’s clinical service plan to insure the effectiveness of interventions and outcome measures.
* Under the direction of the Program Manager, organizes and supervises the provision of Intense Program clients, reporting overall productivity, clinical effectiveness, use of flexible funds and administrative activities.
* Recruits, selects, hires, evaluates, supervises and disciplines Intense Program/Clinical staff.
* Work with clinicians to organize and supervise the provision of Intense Program Services, including engagement, initial plan development, implementation, and transition, coordinating required documentation with staff in timely manner.
* Work with Facilitators, Child and Family Specialists, and Parent Partners to monitor the quality of verbal reporting and written documentation of client involvement and progress in the programs on a regular basis.
* Coordinates the Programs with the overall treatment being received by the clients.
* Coordinate and produce on call schedule for 24 hour accessibility.
* Reviews caseloads and recommends activity treatment plan for clients as necessary.
* Represents Wraparound, FSP, IFCCS by serving on facility committees, and participates in trainings and meetings with contracted agencies as indicated.
* Oversees compliance with provision of individual and group clinical supervision to interns and staff.
* This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and employees will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Program Manager or his/her designee as needed.
* Ensure timely client access to services such that clients are identified, assigned, evaluated and treated within agency timeframe * Monitors and ensures service utilization is commiserate with the level of client need and medical necessity.
* Must follow the guideline by Los Angeles County Department of Meantal Health for LPS (Laterman-Petris-Short) Designation and keep their designation in current status (can be trained within the first six months of employment).
* Other duties as assigned.
_Knowledge/Skills_ * Maintains confidentiality in matters of agency operations, personnel, and clients * Maintains positive communication with all agency staff, clients and visitors * Exercises good judgement in performance of duties and responsibilities * Supports existing agency policies, principles and mission.
* Ability to interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with seriously emotionally disturbed children, other staff, physicians and the public.
* Demonstrated understanding of psychiatric illness and its treatment.
* Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of community services and county agencies.
* Proactive, upbeat personality, team player with a professional demeanor *Job Qualifications:* * Three (3) year direct service experience working with children in group home, hospital, SED classroom, day treatment or other equivalent setting.
* One (1) year management experience.
_Education, Professional Training, Technical Training, or Certification_ * Licensure as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Registered Psychologist in active status with State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences or Board of Psychology.
Active status with respective board needs to remain active and in good standing at all times.
It is the employee’s responsibility to keep license active.
Employment is contingent upon active license.
* Two years post licensure and ability to supervise associates per BBS regulations.
* Valid California Driver's License.
