We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Tech ready to lead the maintenance operations of a Class A, 200+ unit apartment community.
The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community, including scheduling and completion of all unit turns and work orders, ensuring the highest level of customer service to our residents.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff
- Perform HVAC, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Supervise and schedule maintenance projects
- Implement and oversee preventive maintenance programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with contractors for specialized repairs
\*\*Skills:\*\*
- Strong mechanical knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Appliances
- Experience in maintenance management, managing vendors and quality control, employee performance and provide staff training.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Project management skills for overseeing maintenance projects
- Supervising experience to lead a team effectively
