*What You'll Be Doing:*
As the CFO, you will be accountable to the President/CEO for the financial management functions of the credit union.
This includes overseeing asset, liability, and investment strategy, accounting, earnings analysis, budgeting, financial planning, and electronic fund transfer.
You will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, Senior Management Team, and the Board of Directors, ensuring sound financial plans and progressive strategies.
*Key Responsibilities:*
· Oversee all financial management functions, including asset, liability, and investment strategy, accounting, earnings analysis, budgeting, and financial planning.
· Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, Senior Management Team, and the Board of Directors.
· Chair the Asset Liability and Management Committee (ALCO).
· Summarize financial analysis reports for the CEO and the Board of Directors.
· Monitor and report adverse financial trends to the CEO and the Board.
· Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
· Supervise, mentor, and evaluate VP/Controller and accounting staff.
· Provide presentations during staff, management, and Board of Director meetings.
· Coordinate financial contingency plans for the credit union.
· Obtain required approvals on policies/procedures.
· Perform overall profit and cost analysis, credit risk analysis, and allowance for loan loss analysis.
· Perform all other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications:*
· Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
· Progressive experience in the Credit Union industry with a minimum of five years in a management capacity.
· Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common journals.
· Professional, well-developed communication skills.
· Phone and customer service etiquette.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.
00 - $250,000.
