Security Supervisor

```Duties``` - Supervise a team of security personnel and ensure the overall safety and security of the premises - Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols - Conduct regular patrols to monitor and prevent unauthorized access or activities - Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner - Investigate and report any security breaches or violations - Maintain accurate records of security-related incidents and activities - Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed - Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance equipment - Provide training to security staff on relevant procedures and protocols ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in a security supervisory role or similar position - Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures - Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security equipment - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations effectively - CPR and First Aid certification preferred - Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies - Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
