Looking for Shift Manager for Fast Casual Authentic Mexican Restaurant.
Must have: At least 3 Years Restaurant Experience 1 Years experience as an Shift Manager or Assistant Manager Experience in Hiring/Training Experience with Ordering Ability to conduct Inventory - Weekly and Monthly Basic understanding of food and labor costs Results Driven Attitude Ability to take Initiative Availability on Nights and Weekends Waste Management Skills (Completed and Raw) Ability to effectively manage of 25 staff members.
