Veterans Encouraged General Manager/ Facility Compliance Manager (Acton/Santa Clarita Valley)

Large company looking for General Manager / Facility Compliance Manager.
Tasks will include: Working with HR and Administration on field assessments of newly hired employees, contractors, vendors and staff.
Check work quality and assess strengths and weaknesses.
Inventory control and management.
Human Resources and policy compliance with staff, vendors and contractors.
Interview prospect employees.
Visiting the entire property daily, more than once, and inform Administration what is going on throughout the day with pictures and reports.
Must be able to prioritize and think quickly.
Listen to and follow complex oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.
Must be able to walk up hills and slopes.
Must be able to work in all types of weather.
Please no allergies to animals (all types/ kinds) cleaning supplies, trees and plants.
Must have experience as a manager and supervisor of at least 20+ staff members.
Must be able to work overtime if needed.
Be on call for emergencies daily.
Full Time Opening.
Open schedule preferred.
Must have reliable transportation, valid license and insurance to drive to multiple locations.
