The F/A-18 EA18G Advanced Weapons Laboratory International Programs Team is seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional individual to become Task Leader for the FMS Country Support team.
This group provides administrative and technical support for all three tactical aircraft programs.
Essential Job Functions:
Supervise team members and provide guidance on required tasking set forth by the customer.
Provide monthly status reports to the customer and leadership to include work performed and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain, observe, and provide updates to task order cost, travel, and labor budgets.
Provide outstanding leadership to the team that is focused on career development and training.
Evaluate team members based on knowledge and performance.
Review and analyze assigned USN program requirements to identify potential case impacts, such as schedule, cost, configuration impacts, and capability changes.
Provide tasking and personnel availability recommendations to various Case Managers based upon project and/or customer requirements.
Attend project planning meetings and teleconferences as necessary.
Provide systems engineering and logistical support as required.
Frequent interaction with Government and non-Government personnel, including foreign national personnel.
Act as an escort for foreign national visitors.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 3 or more years of experience.
Experience must include Integration, Software Engineering, Program Technical Services, Design, Fabrication and Integration Services, Aircraft Modification Services or Training Services as applicable.
A Journeyman labor category typically performs all functional duties independently.
6 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree plus 4 years' additional work experience.

Bachelor’s Degree plus 6 years' of relevant experience is required; a high school diploma plus 14 years' of relevant experience will also be considered.
Active Security Clearance at the Secret level.
Familiarity with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and Export Compliance.
Familiarity with disclosure/release policy and procedures to FMS customers.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to plan, track and communicate status, risks and needs.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
Non-local domestic and foreign travel may be required to attend technical reviews and programmatic meetings.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
Desired Skills:
BA or BS in business administration with 6 years’ experience.
Flight and Lab test experience.
Knowledge of product systems engineering and development lifecycle activities.
Aviation, logistical, publications experience is a plus.
Practical experience with F/A-18 functionality.
Salary: The expected pay range for this position is $110,240 to $145,600
