Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Training Environment Lead III to join our team in the Lancaster, CA area.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: The Training Environment Lead III manages and coordinates the development and implementation of training environments.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of training environments, ensuring that they meet the needs of the organization and comply with industry standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training requirements and develop strategies to meet those needs.
Play a critical role in ensuring that training environments are effective and successful in facilitating employee development and growth.
The Training Environment Lead III is a senior role with extensive experience in developing educational settings.
The Training Environment Lead III supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff.
Education and Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 9 years of relevant experience OR; HS and 13 years of relevant experience OR; Associate’s degree and 11 years of relevant experience OR; Master’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR; PHD and 5 years of relevant experience Security Clearance Requirements: This position requires a current/active U.
S.
Government Top Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer The projected compensation range for this position is $100,800-$167,700.
There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
