THE EVOLUTION OF HEALING 'ASSOCIATE' GENERAL MANAGER The Evolution of Healing Associate General Manager (AGM) is responsible for the management, maintenance, and supervision of day-to-day retail operations activity at our Wellness Center locations in support of operational duties.
The AGM is accountable for all aspects of managing the retail store and its staff.
The AGM will ensure all associates adhere to the company mission statement, abide by a strict code of standard operating procedures, and keep to core values while maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business, including patient relations, daily cash counts, inventory control, and maintaining a constant high level of security through checks and balances.
Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to a dedicated sales team/staff Work with Leading Cannabis Retail Brands, order products, maintain Inventory surplus, coordinate and negotiate BOGO promotions, etc.
ALL areas of retail Assist in managing on-ground operations and daily finances of business Be fluent with METRC - Inventory and Compliance Recruit and train new hires on business practices Drive development of employees Ensure that the quality of work and service is maintained Manage light cleanup details Oversight of inventory and daily inventory controls Responsible for overseeing sales team scheduling, sales team performance and the development, recruiting, training, and retention of high-caliber employees, including grooming staff for internal promotions and increased responsibility Qualifications: Cannabis CBD and Wellness Retail Budtending, Leadership and/or Assistant to General Management Experience, and Customer Service Experience with Strong Organizational and Administrative Skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead: you are the energy of the company and part of its core foundation Familiarity of the Cannabis industry and its emerging trends Comfort working with budgets, payroll, cash counts, daily revenue metrics and forecasting Strong communication skills A team player with experience in collaborative settings who understands the adaptability that comes with working with a small business A BACKGROUND CHECK WILL BE CONDUCTED AND REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED YOU MUST BE 21 OR OLDER WITH A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.
