JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: PSH Site Manager
Pay Range: $64.
480/Year
Reporting To: Director of PSH
Work Type: On-site
Position Summary:
The PSH Site Manager will oversee caregivers and daily schedule on a day-to-day basis and ensure that work is completed and clients’ needs are met.
The site manager will facilitate communication between staff and the corporate office.
In addition, to ensure that daily operations and activities at the site run efficiently and adhere to the policies set by Libertana.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in health administration or equivalent field of study preferred.
2+ years of management experience.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Must be able to communicate effectively, read, write legibly, spell correctly, perform basic mathematics, understand and carry out service plans and physician orders.
Must demonstrate competency in performing personal care services prior to providing patient care.
Current and satisfactory report on pre-employment physical examination including TB Screening Test or chest X-ray as required by Agency policies and procedures.
Must be free from signs of infection and illness.
Current CPR and Basic First Aid Certification.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Staffing schedule.
Monthly staff meetings.
Monthly In-Services for staff.
Documentation, as needed, on clients.
Updating charts with new client information as received.
Weekly Activity Reports
Maintaining accurate and up to date compliance logs.
Checking Medi-cal eligibility monthly.
Maintaining site, ex.
ordering office supplies.
Oversight of PSH activities.
Manage petty cash.
Ensure ongoing communication and relationship development with staff.
Random audits of staff schedule and charting
Responds to requests or concerns at PSH sites and assist in resolving them.
Attend monthly site manager’s meetings.
Ensures the credentials of employees and reviews are up to date and turned in timely.
Interviewing and Hiring staff as needed.
Maintain positive customer satisfaction/service.
Maintain a comfortable work environment for all employees.
Knowledge of Confidentiality, HIPAA and healthcare laws and regulations
Staff evaluations
Follows policies and procedures as per Employee Handbook.
Reports Fraud and Abuse.
Knowledge of mandated reporting.
Conducts timely recording and/or documentation of client contact.
Conforms to all agency policies and procedures.
