Key Responsibilities
Foster positive, professional relationships across all levels
Develop work standards for productivity and line balancing
Increase machining processes for quality, efficiency, and repeatability
Implement manufacturing cost reductions for process improvement
Collaborate with Engineering to design machines, tools, and increase work flow
Manage projects for product improvement
Communicate Lean group’s philosophy, vision, and expectations; provide employee training on lean concepts
Lead value stream mapping exercises for business improvement
Collaborate with quality and engineering to resolve service-related issues
Align with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements; perform assigned tasks
Qualifications
Eight (8) years of Lean Manufacturing experience required
Minimum of a Green Belt required
Knowledge of Aerospace manufacturing concepts and application desired
High School Diploma or general education equivalent required
Available to travel 15-20%

Citizen or Permanent Resident
Salary range: $85,000 to $120,000 Depending on experience
