ABA Asst Supervisor - Palmdale/Lancaster - Spanish Speaking

We are seeking an energetic and fun BCBA Assistant to join our growing team.
Under the supervision of the BCBA, the assistant works closely with the behavior specialists in the training, directing and implementation of a behavior program.
*Duties and Responsibilities:* *The Assistant BCBA;* * Provides ongoing training to all behavior specialists * Reviews the child's individual goals and the procedures designed to monitor the child's progress * Completes related service procedures: treatment planning, record keeping, and progress reporting * Develops supplementary documents and/or materials relevant to treatment goals and implementation * Communicates proactively and effectively with learners’ parents regarding progress and/or concerns.
* Provides parent training as needed to ensure parents understand interventions and how to be a crucial part of the * Provide materials relevant to learners’ strengths and needs to parent and/or instructional staff * Communicate concerns to assigned BCBA * Other duties as assigned *Requirements:* * Experience with developmentally delayed, high-risk toddlers and adolescents and providing treatment in the home environment.
* Completed or currently enrolled in Master’s Program (social science major preferred) * Experience working with parents and sensitivity to parents' needs.
* Ability to work independently and be a contributing team member.
* Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
