Beloved Ones Short Term Residential Treatment Program (STRTP) is seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse to join our team.
We have a flexible part-time position available for one-on-one patient care, allowing scheduling around family and other obligations.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse dedicated to providing top-quality care to our young residents aged 7-17.
They will provide:
Compassionate care.
Focus on education and guidance.
Nurturing to help ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.
Duties:
Conducting individualized resident assessments, prioritizing the data collection based on the resident’s immediate condition or needs within the timeframe specified by residents facility’s policies, procedures, or protocols.
Treatment recommendation.
Staff education.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure that HIPAA regulations are followed.
Provide non-judgmental, non-discriminatory care that preserves their autonomy, dignity, and rights.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure must be in good standing in the state of practice and all other states where the License is held.
License must be unrestricted.
Evidence of 1 year of nursing experience in a specialty within the past two years.
Comfortable working with male and female youths ages 7-17 who are wards of the court and display assaultive and suicidal behaviors.
Evidence of BLS, AED, First Aid, and CPR Certification.
Must pass DOJ, FBI, and Child Abuse Clearance for California and all states occupied within the last five years.
Experience:
Experience working with adolescents from the age of 7-17 years old.

Familiar with childhood ailments including but not limited to childhood diabetes and obesity.
(Preferred)
Schedule: 25 to 40 hours a month.
