19, 2023 Program: Fabrication Description:PERFORMS SUCH TYPICAL DISTINGUISHING DUTIES AS: Uses overhead crane to move layup mandrel in/out associated mold tooling.
Uses hand and power tools to open/close mold tooling.
Sets up and operates CVM curing equipment and has a complete knowledge of controller operation as well as the resin pressurization unit and heater.
Part removal after cure, in association with applicable CVM tooling.
Performs maintenance by replacing seals on molds and mandrels after each cure.
Will clean curing equipment by removing excess resin as needed.
Will tear down and rebuild pumps to facilitate cleaning.
Will fabricate and replace resin lines as needed.
Must be qualified to use the CVM tooling and system operations in terms of handling and preventative maintenance.
Must possess a valid A & P License or two (2) years of Fabrication experience.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of, or have successfully completed training in Blueprint I and Composites Level I.
Must possess licenses or certificates as required.

This job incorporates duties previously described in the following classification: RP4879 Composite Fabricator and Assembler, Senior HourlyProductionOperations Basic Qualifications: Basic Qualifications : Must be qualified to use the CVM tooling and system operations in terms of handling and preventative maintenance.
Must possess a valid A & P License or two (2) years of Fabrication experience.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of complete level blueprint, technical data, and data model comprehension.
Desired Skills: Experience with injection molding machine operation and servicing.
