11, 2024 Program: ADP Description:This position is critical to provide local leadership and direction to approximately 400+ employees across the entire Palmdale site in support of the ADP Line of Business.
This role requires interactions with Government Directors, VP's, Program Managers, Directors, and multiple Customers.
This position manages the portfolio for all phases F-22 / F-35 Edges, Fabrication, and Tooling, including planning, execution strategy, and management support.
This complex portfolio supports multiple Lines of Business (LOB's) from F-35 to ADP's Special Project and various programs in between.
Role is responsible to implement manufacturing processes for advancements in Low Observable Edge technology, Fabrication (metallic and non-metallic), and Tooling.
Other key responsibilities and focus areas include: Perform the role of Fabrication Integrator across the Palmdale Site, Aeronautics, and other LM Business Units to drive collaboration and perform for our customers Drive Performance Drive growth, position for the future, and win new business Ensure that the workforce has the necessary training, tools, procedures and facilities Allocation of the appropriate resources to support assigned manufacturing tasks on all Programs Ensure successful performance to all contractual commitments (schedule, budget, etc.
