1972 Fender Jazz Bass - $7,199 (Stallion Springs)

1972 Fender Jazz Bass in showroom condition.
No Issues.
Serial Number 344744 I’m 2nd owner.
Back story is, as I was told by the son of the original owner when I purchased it a few years ago,(who was a back up singer for Debbie Reynolds) “The bass was purchased new by my father in 1972, played for about 2 months, he was shipped off to Vietnam.
He never made it home alive.
The bass was stored under my mother’s bed all these years.
Never touched” The bass never saw a single show.
The neck binding, maple neck and trim on the original case is still white.
I stored the case wrapped in a quilt (see pic) There are zero chips in the paint, a few scuffs in the lacquer, some brush marks in the p/up pick guard.
No cracks in the pick guard.
Original flat wound strings Included in the original case is the original strap and cord used in 1972 Wt 9.
