Rehoming cat (Lancaster)

Hello I need to rehome our cat, he’s super sweet and affectionate once he gets used to you but unfortunately he needs to be the only cat.
He’s fine with dogs, it’s just other cats.
He is already fixed/neutered, his new owner just need to renew his shots.
Small rehoming fee of $50
