Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership goals and targets
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales potential
- Oversee the sales pipeline, tracking leads and conversions
- Train and onboard new sales team members
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
Experience:
- Proven experience in automotive sales or sales management
- Strong background in customer service and outbound sales
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Familiarity with dealership operations and processes
- Strong math skills for financial calculations

Pay: $120,000.
00 - $250,000.
