Jewelry Sales Associate

Jewelry Associate Duties: - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients - Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of different jewelry pieces - Use the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions and handle cash register duties - Upsell additional jewelry items or accessories to enhance the customer's shopping experience - Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring that all jewelry is properly showcased - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet store objectives - Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and industry knowledge Experience: - Previous experience in jewelry sales or a related field is preferred - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse customers - Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer orders - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts Join our team of dedicated Jewelry Associates and be part of a dynamic retail environment where you can showcase your sales expertise while helping customers find the perfect piece of jewelry.
