Job Summary
The Real Estate Sales Agent at Haynes Team Real Estate is a full-time, commission only sales position located in Palmdale, CA.
The Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service, networking within the community, qualifying and following up with clients, and networking with other real estate agents to negotiate and close real estate transactions.
The Agent offers a respectful, professional atmosphere and culture to generate leads and maintain client relationships.
The Agent’s commission-only earning potential is $100,000 to $170,000 per year.
Compensation & Benefits
The Real Estate Sales Agent at Haynes Team Real Estate will be a commission-only position, offering potential earnings of $100,000 to $170,000 per year.
Additional benefits may include access to comprehensive real estate training and support; membership to the local, state, and national real estate organizations; as well as a potential commission split or bonus structure.
Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service to colleagues, clients, and the community
• Source, qualify, and follow-up with clients to meet their real estate needs
• Oversee the negotiation and closing of real estate contracts
• Host open houses to market properties to prospective clients
• Preview properties for clients, accurately represent and manage all details for each transaction
• Utilize the Haynes Team Real Estate's CRM platform to manage clients and transactions.
• Keep up to date on market data and trends to understand pricing for each sale
• Generates leads from contacts, referrals, past clients, and other sources
• Develop and maintain a professional presence in the industry
• Show a willingness and openness to embrace learning opportunities
Requirements
• 3-5+ years of professional and sales experience in the real estate sector
• Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market
• Licensed Realtor in good standing with the state of California
• Ability to speak with clients, vendors, and team members in a friendly and professional manner
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
• Accurate and effective communication and writing skills
• Highly independent and self-motivated
• Familiar with current industry trends and market data
• Desire to learn CRMs, listing platforms, and other real estate technologies.
