Overview:
The Becky Loa Realty & Associates team is seeking motivated and ambitious real estate agents to join our growing team.
As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
You will use exceptional communication and negotiation skills to guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, providing expert advice and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
* Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, and marketing efforts
* conduct market research to determine property value and competitive prices
* Show properties to potential buyers
* Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
* Prepare and present offers and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
* Coordinate property closings and oversee the signing of documents
* Stay up-to-date with real estate trends and best practices
Requirements:
* Valid real estate license in CA
* Proven track a record of success in real estate sales preferred
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
* Self-motivated driven with a passion for real estate
* Familiarity with local neighborhoods and market trends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in MS Office and real estate software
