The Content Creator II supports more senior Content Creators, System and Software Engineers, and SMEs in the development of training content within documents, audio recordings, videos, interactive training systems, learning management system modules, AR/VR environments, and other yet-to-be-developed technologies.
The Content Creator II consults with Trainers and subject matter experts to determine instructional requirements, collect data, and implement solutions while also collaborating with Graphic Designers and A/V Specialists to produce media that supports instructional goals and objectives.
They use a range of educational technologies in support of synchronous, asynchronous, and self-service teaching and learning.
Lastly, they take direction from more senior personnel.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of position-specific relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP),
Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF).
Bachelor's Degree
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift at least 15lbs

The projected compensation range for this position is $55,500-$91,800.
There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
