Compensation:
$110,000+ commission
Responsibilities:
Supervise the entirety of the process from listing to closing to ensure a swift and effortless transaction experience.
Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
Respond to customers' phone calls, emails, and website inquiries.
Conduct lead follow-up activities to create new business as necessary.
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs.
Identify and find a home that meets the customers' requirements.
Write a contract that gets accepted!
Qualifications:
Possesses a Real Estate license or awaiting a test.
Displays excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and driven.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Open to learning new methods, procedures, and software.
18 years or older.
High school diploma.
Valid driver's license.
Able to devote sufficient time and effort to the real estate profession.
Has current real estate credentials or is registered for the exam.
Shows proficiency in planning and time management.
Demonstrates self-starter attitude and eagerness.
Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career.
