*Community Relation Coordinator *
*Job Description Summary:*
This Community Relations Coordinator is chiefly responsible for working individually and within a team to share with the public what services the Organization has to offer.
This individual's primary responsibility is to grow the business.
This will be achieved through direct sales efforts with a focus on helping as many people as we can.
Other responsibilities include broadcasting the Organization’s name, developing referral sources, and increasing referrals to the Organization.
Additionally, the Community Relations Coordinator will uncover and work with management to identify new business opportunities in the marketplace.
*Minimum Eligibility Requirements:*
· Complete “_Criminal Record Statement”_ (LIC 508)
· Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (LIC 9163)
· Complete ”_Personnel Record”_ (HCS 501)
· Complete “_Statement Acknowledging Requirement to Report Suspected Abuse of Dependent Adults and Elders_” (SOC 341A)
· Minimum of 2 years previous consultative sales experience (in health care or related field) required
· Valid drivers’ license and proof of insurance required
· Ability to interface effectively with professionals in a variety of industries (finance, legal, health care, etc.
)
· Ability to travel locally to meet with professional referral sources
· Basic computer knowledge, data entry, and word processing
· Ability to be self-directing
· Ability to demonstrate value for the organization
*Essential Functions:*
* Making a minimum of 8-10 in person, face-to-face calls each day.
* Attending senior focused networking meetings
* Identifying new opportunities for business growth
* Consistently growing business through an increase in number of referrals
* Educating and utilizing “value demonstration” for referral sources and consumers
* Ensuring that lead sources have access to necessary the Organization’s marketing materials
* Documenting networking and outreach activities in the marketing section of the Organization’s Management System
* Maintaining current contact information for lead sources in the Organization’s Management System
* Daily documentation of sales process to include Purpose, Outcome and Follow up
* Time/Energy Management
* Report suspected, observed, knowledge of, reported to, incidents that reasonably appear to be abuse or neglect involving and elder or dependent adult.
*Additional Duties:*
Based on the needs of the office to support the clients, but will be focused on Customer Service and Client Admissions.
Willing to commute,
Live in area, Santa Clarita, Antelope Valley, and San Fernando.

Pay: $30.

* Weekends as needed
