Answer technical questions related to Coil and/or Extrusion applied products including but not limited to PVDF, Polyesters, Acrylics, and PVC.
Participate in on site color audits of standards and equipment in support of Color Science group, when necessary.
Support field building inspections and warranty claim investigations, when necessary.
Prepare and publish supporting documents (reports, investigations, presentations), when necessary.
FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: High School diploma or GED equivalent Preferred: Bachelor degree in Sales, Business disciplines, Science disciplines or Liberal Arts KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Two or more years of B2B industrial environment product/service sales experience 2-3 years of Technical Services experience Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish Preferred: Two or more years of direct or adjacent industry sales experience Industrial coatings product and application familiarity Background in technology, technical service and/or customer service PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Professional company provided or home office environment; however will be subject to travel and its associated factors and may be subject to moderate levels of dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, loud noises, and other environmental factors found in manufacturing environments.
