Maintenance/Landscaping

```Duties: - Perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns - Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, and flowers - Install and maintain irrigation systems - Build and repair hardscape features such as walkways, and retaining walls - Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently - Maintenance duties to include cleaning property of debris, Assist maintenance supervisor Qualifications: - Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred - Knowledge of tree care and trimming techniques - Familiarity with irrigation systems and their maintenance - Ability to operate power tools and equipment effectively - Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently Skills: - Tree care - Building hardscape features - Mowing lawns - General maintenance - Operating power tools and equipment - Irrigation system installation and maintenance - Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs - Tree trimming techniques - Landscape maintenance``` Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
