Toneman Development Corporation is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Estimator.
The ideal candidate must be able to produce detailed estimates on time.
This will include bid preparation, such as gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and other related documents.
In addition, this person will present prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
This position will require a self-motivated individual who can set and achieve goals independently with minimum supervision.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Manage entirety of bidding process
* Analyze and compile estimate data to ensure quality and timely estimates.
* Be a key collaborator for new and existing subcontractor relationships for estimating, bidding and project award.
* Prepare estimate presentations, special studies, budget control reports and estimating documents for projects and client presentations.
* Seek out alternative solutions and construction methods to increase competitiveness of the bid.
* Communicate estimate information to project manager to ensure understanding of project scope and critical means and methods of construction for budget compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $75,000.
