My Handy Man (Lancaster)

Someone who can handle a handy man's duties.
I have several projects just moving in, and the list goes on.
I could actually keep someone busy, someone who has knowledge of the things I need help with.
I am paying a fair hourly wage or we can discuss flat rate by job.
I need someone who can give references, and has a valid CA, drivers license.
Only truly interested parties need apply, and have your own tools for everyday household jobs.
