What are we doing at ADP - Skunk Works? This career level position provides planning/scheduling support for the Strategic Planning and Proposals team on Advanced Development Programs.
Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of schedules related to proposals on new and existing contracts.
Candidate will integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans.
Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production and quality control.
This position will be an active participant in the evaluation of program and project planning and scheduling products and practices and will be instrumental in the resultant remediation activities upon identification of gaps.
***Employee will need to obtain and hold a Secret security clearance as part of employment*** **This role may have occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities A level 3 employee Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.
**Location preference is Palmdale, CA.

#AeroBusiness AeroBusiness Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education • Knowledge of Planning and Scheduling Concepts, Critical Path Methodology • Experience with Scheduling Software - Open Plan, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Other CPM Tool • Experience with Data Analytics Desired Skills: • Degree in Construction Management, Program Management, Business Administration • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities • Previous experience with Deltek OpenPlan, Microsoft Project • Excellent Communication and Organizational skills Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $74,700 - $143,100.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
Represented full time employees accrue 6.
67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900.
