You genuinely enjoy your work and look for opportunities to show it Competent – You know what needs to be done and can work swiftly and efficiently to do it with little to no supervision Dependable – You are reliable, professional, team-oriented, and conscientious Expertise – You are competent and well-versed in the necessary painting skills required for the job What You Can Expect Day-to-Day: Utilize Spray Gun for all jobs Apply touchups or second coats Prepare walls and other surfaces before painting Mix and apply paints Cover exposed objects and surfaces Use fillers such as putty and plaster to repair cracks Remove fixtures such as pictures, doorknobs, lamps, and electric switch covers before painting Scrape, sandpaper, prime, or seal surfaces before painting Obey workplace safety rules Keep the workspace and tools clean What it Takes: We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented painter who values collaboration and enjoys working with others.
