Tehachapi Cement, LLC is seeking a qualified IT Analyst for a role based in Tehachapi, CA.
Job Overview:
Responsible for providing expertise in IT technical support to end users as well as deploying new technologies in accordance with established technical standards revolving a wide variety of issues and working with the other members of IT to learn and assist in all areas of IT.
Responsibilities:
Incident Management - Monitors systems and identifies performance issues reactively and proactively.
Follows standard protocols for troubleshooting incidents.
Verify system/product operations.
Works within strict time scales and elevates incidents within defined time windows.
Installations - Installation and deployment of hardware and software as requested and approved for new and existing employees.
Maintenance – All aspects of IT systems maintenance both hands on and assisting IT and coworkers.
Onboarding and training of users.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Run and terminate cabling, deploy hardware and software, implement new systems and locations, lifting, walking, and performing tasks.
This job requires you to be hands on and support your locations, so being outside in a dirty environment is a normal aspect of the job.
IT software, systems, and infrastructure (Servers, Network, Phone, SAP, Business Systems, Fiber, Hardware, etc.
)
Cement, construction or manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not necessary.
At least 2-4 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with 4 years of relevant work experience.
Great communication skills, strong business skills, excellent decision making skills, detail oriented and time management.
